The Beer SAO

Measures and displays your beverage temperature. Cursed by design. A beer-cup SAO with an integrated waterproof DS18B20 temperature sensor on a 200mm cable and an LED display, built on an RP2350 with open-source firmware. Powers from the SAO port or USB-C.

180° SAO Adapter

$3 · $2 at 10+, $1.50 at 20+

DEF CON 34 badges shipped with their SAO ports rotated upside-down. This adapter corrects it so standard SAO modules seat the right way up. Note: the affected badges supply 3.0V rather than the standard 3.3V, which may affect compatibility with power-sensitive SAOs.

Spicy Resistor SAO

A circular SAO with LEDs that simulate a glowing resistor: with enough power, any resistor can be light-emitting. Runs at 3.0V, compatible with standard 3.3V badges and the DEF CON 34 SAO port. Includes a 180° adapter.
